First, make sure you have opened an account on our website. Then choose the competition you wish to enter.

You can enter online by choosing the number of entries you want and completing checkout, or you can enter for free by post. Both routes give you exactly the same chance of winning. Full details of the free postal route are shown on every competition page and in our Terms and Conditions.

When you enter online, you will receive an email confirming your entry and your entry numbers. We are not able to acknowledge free postal entries, but an entry list is published for every competition so all entrants can check that they have been entered into the draw.

For instant win prizes, you will see your result on screen straight after entering. For main draws, we will contact the winner by telephone or email, using the details on their account, as soon as possible after the draw. If we cannot reach you, or you have not claimed the prize, within 14 days of the draw, we may offer the prize to another entrant. Please keep your contact details up to date in your account.

The opening and closing dates of each competition are stated on the website. If we have to change either of these dates for any reason, we will update the website accordingly. We will only change the dates if we have to for reasons outside of our control.

The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom only who are 18 years or older.

We do not accept entries from anyone outside of these areas as the laws for running competitions vary. This competition has been organised to comply with the laws of England and Wales.

You cannot enter if you are one of our employees, officers or contractors, an employee of one of our agents or suppliers who is connected with the competition, or a member of their immediate family or household.

We reserve the right to offer an alternative prize of an equal or higher value if the prize is unavailable for any reason.

If you are the winner, the prize will be yours. You can do whatever you wish with it, including selling it.

We need to use your data to administer the competition and award prizes. We do not use your data for any other purpose.

We do not share your data with any third parties unless this is necessary for administering the competition.

If you are the winner, we may have to share your details with the Advertising Standards Authority to confirm that we have administered the competition and awarded the prizes fairly.

You have the right to opt out from us using your data at any time. However, if you do ask us to remove your details from our database prior to the closing date, you will be withdrawing from the competition. You will not be entitled to a refund of any entry fees you have paid.

No, this is not compulsory. However, with your permission, we would love to share your excitement on our website and social media pages.

Even if you do not want to participate in any promotional exercises, we may have to provide your details to the Advertising Standards Authority to prove we have administered the competition and awarded the prize fairly.

Yes. You can enter as many times as you wish, up to the maximum number of entries per person stated on each competition page. Your entries may be restricted if the competition reaches its maximum number of entries. Please keep it fun and only spend what you can comfortably afford.

Every valid entry, paid or free, goes into the same draw. The method used for each competition is shown on the competition page. Main draw winners are chosen at random from all valid entries. For instant win prizes, every entry is given a randomly allocated entry number, and if it matches one of the instant win numbers shown on the competition page, you win that prize straight away.

The maximum number of entries is stated on each competition page, so your chances vary from competition to competition. For example, if a competition is capped at 3,000 entries and you have 1 entry, your chance of winning the main prize is no worse than 1 in 3,000. With 10 entries it would be no worse than 1 in 300. If the competition closes with fewer entries than the maximum, your chances are better.

If you entered online and haven’t received a confirmation email, please check your spam folder. If it is not there, please email us at hello@bigmouthcompetitions.com. Free postal entries are not acknowledged by email, but you can check the entry list on the competition page.

Entry fees are not normally refundable, for example if your entries are voided because our rules were broken. We will refund you if we cancel a competition, or if your entries are voided because of our own error. Full details are in our Terms and Conditions.
